Rice with paprika simple recipe

Rice with paprika in a quick and easy way. A healthy side dish that you can combine with chicken meat. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min. 2 - 4 serving
2 Tbsp Olive oil EVO
1/2 onion/ finely chopped
200 ml rice
1 fresh red paprika
1 tsp dry spice Vegeta
560 ml water
salt and black pepper to taste
1 spring onion — green part/ finely chopped
Preparation:
Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold running water and allow it to drain in a colander.
Dice the onion and slice the paprika into thin strips.
Finely chop the green portion of the spring onion and set it aside.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and sauté until it becomes soft and translucent.
Incorporate the sliced peppers and dry spice Vegeta, and sauté for approximately 5 minutes before adding the rice.
Sauté the rice for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add 200 ml of water and stir well.
Cook for approximately 7 minutes, gradually adding more water as it evaporates.
Meanwhile, add the chopped green spring onion.
Continue cooking the rice until it is tender and the liquid has evaporated.
Serve warm.

NOTE:
Store leftover rice in the refrigerator for up to two days. Remove it one hour prior to serving.
