Introduce the garlic, a piece of hot pepper, and finely chopped dried tomatoes. Sauté until the garlic becomes aromatic.
Add the tomato paste, mix thoroughly, and continue cooking over low to moderate heat, gradually incorporating 60 ml of water (totaling 180 ml) every 5–7 minutes. During this process, season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.
Once the final portion of water is added, mix well, then add the drained, chopped tuna and stir thoroughly. Allow it to cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Finally, incorporate 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, blend well, and then add the spaghetti.
Combine all ingredients thoroughly for about a minute before turning off the heat.
Serve warm on plates, garnished with additional Parmesan.
Buon appetito!
