Crush the biscuit with walnuts and add them to the egg mixture. Mix briefly, then introduce the oil, milk, and finely diced apples.
Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a 30×20 cm pan that has been greased with butter and dusted with flour, ensuring it is evenly spread.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 30–35 minutes.
After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 °C and continue baking until done.
Allow the cake to cool completely.
Invert the cake, then cover it with a chocolate glaze melted over steam.

NOTE:
You can add oatmeal instead of semolina.
Instead of chocolate milk, you can add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder.
You can also use white chocolate and grated orange peel as a decoration.
You can combine raisins and a little cinnamon in this cake if you like.
Keep the cake in a cool place for up to 4–5 days.
