Mussels simple way

Mussels can be prepared efficiently and swiftly, resulting in a delightful meal in just 20 minutes. This recipe requires mussels, a small amount of white wine, olive oil, and parsley. Please follow the recipe for detailed instructions.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min. 2 serving
500 g fresh mussels/ with shells
2 cloves of garlic/ minced
2–3 Tbsp olive oil EVO
100 ml white wine
fresh parsley/ finely chopped to taste
Preparation:
Thoroughly wash the mussels and use a brush to clean any impurities from the shells. Set them aside.
In a wok pan over medium heat, add olive oil, minced garlic, and the mussels. Stir occasionally for about 10 minutes, keeping the pan covered.
During cooking, add a small amount of wine.
Ensure that the mussels open completely.
Finally, add chopped parsley according to taste and stir.
Serve warm.
