## Delicious Chicken Rolls with Parmesan Cream and Pasta

  • Wonderful juicy chicken roll in a combination of pasta with Parmesan cream topping. You will enjoy every bite! Preparation is quick and simple. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min., 2 servings
  • 240 g pasta / penne, macaroni

  • 4 fillets chicken breast/ thickness 5 mm

  • 4 longer sheet of bacon

  • 4 thin sheets cheese/ Gouda, Edam, Trappist, Cheddar

  • 250 ml cooking cream

  • 100 ml milk

  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • dry parsley as you like

  • Olive oil EVO to taste

Preparation:
  1. Place the nylon on the work surface and line up the chicken fillets, season to taste on both sides and pound over the nylon foil.

  2. Place thin slices of cheese on each fillet.

  3. Then roll them into rolls.

  4. Cover each roll with thin bacon. If necessary, use toothpicks so that the filling does not come out of them. Set them aside.

  5. Add pasta water and a pinch of salt.

  6. While you are waiting for the water to boil, make the cream for the pasta, and at the same time fry the rolls in a little oil, until they are golden brown.

  7. Pour the cooking cream into a large pan and heat on a low to moderate heat.

  8. Add some black pepper and wait for it to boil, add some milk and mix, add grated Parmesan and dry parsley, mix everything well and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until it boils.

  9. Pour the strained paste into the cream and mix for about 2 minutes, turn off the heat. Immediately serve the baked rolls with pasta in shallow plates.
