In my kitchen, I often prepare chicken wings using a method that guarantees restaurant-quality results every time. Ingredients: simple, total time: 65 min. 4 servings
For chicken:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powdered
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp allspice
1 tsp thyme
2-3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
70 ml oil
Sauce:
3 full Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili flakes
2 Tbsp Hot chilli oil
1/2 tsp dry basil
Preparation:
Wash and clean the chicken wings. Dry with a kitchen towel. Cut off the excess stump on the side and throw it away. Set the wings aside.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the chicken coating: salt, garlic powder, black pepper, allspice, thyme, yogurt, and oil.
Place baking paper on an oven tray.
Place the chicken wings in a deep bowl and cover with this mixture.
Stir the pieces to absorb the ingredients well.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
During this time, you can prepare a side dish, I chose mashed potatoes and spinach.
Arrange the chicken wings on baking paper and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. After the set time, turn the wings to the other side and bake for as long.
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce.
For the sauce, mix the ingredients: ketchup, mustard, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, chili flakes, chili oil, and basil.
After the specified baking time, coat each wing with this sauce and bake to 250 °C, for another 6-7 minutes.
Your chicken wings are done and ready to serve.

NOTE:
Wrap the rest of the chicken wings in aluminum foil and keep in the freezer for up to 2 days, heat in the microwave or in a pan.
