Juicy and soft fried chicken cutlets ready in no time, without crumbs. You can serve them warm with salads and your desired side dish. I prepare them quite often because my husband loves them. For just a few ingredients, in just 25 minutes you will have these wonderful schnitzels on your table! Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min., 4 serving
700 g chicken cutlets/ cut in 5 mm
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp dry spice Vegeta
4-5 Tbsp flour
2 eggs
1 tsp dry parsley
Preparation:
Put the chicken steaks on a board and season both sides with: salt, pepper and Vegeta dry bio seasoning.
Beat the eggs, dry parsley, a little salt and a little pepper in a deep plate, set aside.
Place the flour in another plate.
Put about 50 ml of oil in a pan and heat it on a low to moderate heat, while you prepare the steaks.
First, roll all the steaks in flour, place a plate with beaten eggs near the pan.
When the oil is hot, dip each steak in the egg mixture and drain well, using a fork.
Place each steak, well drained of egg, into hot oil and fry each side for about 2–3 minutes until well browned, over moderate heat.
Transfer each steak on kitchen paper in a plate to absorb the excess fat.
Serve warm with your favorite side dish as desired.
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
Keep these fried chicken schnitzels in the fridge, covered, for up to 2 days.
