## Quick and Easy Sausage Pie Recipe

  • Today, I opted to utilize leftovers from my refrigerator, along with some stale bread, to create a cost-effective dish that transforms minimal ingredients into a delightful meal. This pie is crafted similarly to a pizza using available leftovers, but it substitutes bread for traditional dough. The result is a delicious dish reminiscent of pizza, making it an excellent choice for both breakfast and dinner. Its soft and juicy texture is sure to please.

Please follow the recipe for best results.

NOTE:
  • You can use any vegetable for this pie. You can also use bacon or ham instead of sausage.

  • Ajvar in this recipe I used spicy ajvar as well as sausages, don't avoid it because it tastes great!

  • Instead of Savoy cabbage, you can use ordinary shredded cabbage or black cabbage.

  • Instead of yogurt, you can also use kefir or cooking cream.

  • If you want the real taste of this pie, do not change the ingredients, and the taste is fantastic, like eating pizza!

  • Keep the rest of the pie covered in refrigerator until tomorrow. Heat in the microwave or in a pan or oven.
