A wonderful apple and semolina cake that is very quick and easy to make. It is very tasty and fragrant and will disappear very quickly. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: cup measure 200 ml, simple, total time: 75 min.
1 pack thin-crust crusts/ 500 g -12 sheets/ for 3 rolls
Spread with Eggs:
3 medium eggs
1 cup of semolina
130 g of granulated sugar
1 cup yogurt
100 ml oil
1/2 bag baking powder/ 5 g
80 g raisins/ bath in water 10 min.
Filling:
3 big apples/ grated
1/2 bag of cinnamon/ or to taste
1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g
80–100 g ground walnuts/ as you like
Preparation:
Soak the raisins in water for 10 minutes.
During this time, make the egg coating and grate the apples.
Wash and peel the apples, then grate them, add them to a bowl. Add cinnamon, 1 bag vanilla sugar. Stir well all ingredients.
You can also add ground walnuts to the apples if you like.
Spread with Eggs:
Separate the egg whites from egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites until foamy with 3 spoons of sugar, which you will gradually add. Then add the egg yolks one by one, mix at the same time. Add all the ingredients in order and rest of sugar for the spread with eggs, stir well with a spatula.
Turn on the oven to 200 °C.
Processing:
Put the first crust on the work surface, coat it with oil on the 1, 2, 3, 4th- crust.
Coat it with the egg mixture, plus on the 4th, spread the apple filling over the entire crust then sprinkle with a little more egg mixture over the apples.
Twist the sides a little, roll the crusts into a roll.
Transfer to the oven tray or into another container.
Repeat the same process with the rest of the material.
Coat the rolls with the rest of the egg mixture.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 200 °C.
Leave the finished rolls to cool, covered with a clean cloth.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Keep the cake in a dry place in a ceramic box with a lid.
