Pie with minced Meat and Leek

  • Delicious and healthy pie ready in ready for an hour, very tasty, and still looking for more. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: baking tray oven, simple, total time: 60 min.
  • 500 g of finished pie crust

  • 500 g of minced meat/beef and pork

  • 2 leeks/finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of salt,

  • 1 teaspoon of pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry herbal spice/ Vegeta

  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley

  • 400 ml of beer or yogurt

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 Tablespoon oil

  • little oil for crust

Preparation:
  1. Finely chop the leeks, fry in oil until soft, add the dry spice-Vegeta and minced meat, stir well ingredients and fry about 15 min., add salt and pepper to taste. Minced meat must have a brownish-gray color. At the end, add dry parsley. Put out the fire.

  2. Leave 2 crusts before for the final part. Grease a baking sheet with oil with help a brush, arrange 3 crusts, then filling, again the 3 crusts, then filling, so on until there is material. Coat each crust with a little oil. Place the last 2 crusts and brush with a little oil.

  3. Cut into cubes this pie, pour over the beaten eggs with beer or yogurt.

  4. After topping, shake the pan on all sides so that the crusts absorb the topping.

  5. Leave to soak for 15 minutes and bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes. Buon appetito!
