Preparation:

  1. Turn on the oven to heat to 100 °C while preparing this cake.

  2. Grease the pan with oil with a brush.

  3. Pour the cherries into a deeper bowl and mix with 12 tablespoons of sugar. Leave to stand for a while. If the cherries are frozen, leave them a little longer.

  4. Take oil, baking powder and warm water and mix everything together in one glass.

  5. Take the first crust and sprinkle with a mixture of oil, water and baking powder, then sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and repeat the procedure with the second crust.

  6. Sprinkle the cherry mixture on the third crust and spread evenly over the entire crust. Roll into a roll and place on a baking sheet. Repeat all this with the other crusts, you should get 4 rolls.

  7. Put the prepared cakes to bake at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to burn.

  8. Once the cakes are done, sprinkle with a little water if you don’t like the crusts to be crispy. Allow to cool completely.

  9. Mix 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, sprinkle on rolls and serve. Buon appetito!
