Lean Pie with Leeks and Rice

  • Serbian Pie with leeks and rice, delicious try. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: cup 100 ml, simple, total time: 40 min., 8 serving
  • 750 g thin crusts

  • 5 medium-sized leeks

  • 1 cup of rice 100 ml

  • 1 cup of oil /100 ml

  • 1 cup of mineral water/ 100 ml

  • 2 tsp bio spice/ Vegeta

  • pepper and salt to taste

  1. Peel leeks, grate it and chop finely.

  2. Fry in oil, add a little salt, pepper and add bio spice/ Vegeta.

  3. Cook the rice 10-15 min., pour over cold water and drain, then add the stewed leeks.

  4. Stir well.

  5. First spray each crust with mineral water, then coat the prepared surface over the entire surface.

  6. If the intended amount of oil is not consumed, then the rest is sprayed on the bark.

  7. Arrange the crusts on a baking sheet so that they are more crumpled than flat.

  8. Do not fill the last crust, but just spray it with a mixture of oil and mineral water.

  9. Place the pie in a preheated oven and bake at 170 °C, 35 minutes, a moderate temperature. Serve warm. Enjoy in bites!
