Baklava Not too much Sweet

  • This is a Baklava recipe for those who like less sweet, the recipe is very simple and quick. A treat that is ready immediately. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: cup 200 ml, simple, total time: 60 min.
  • 500 g of thin crust

  • 300 g ground walnuts ground to sprinkle cakes

For Filling:

  • 4 eggs

  • 200 g of sugar

  • 1 cup sour cream/200 ml

  • 1/2 baking powder/ 5 g

  • 1 cup oil/ 200 ml

Topping:

  • 300 g sugar

  • 500 ml water

  • 1 juice of lemon

Preparation:
  1. Combine the ingredients for the filling, beat with a mixer, add the filling and ground walnuts to each crust.

  2. Cut the pie into cubes. At the end, sprinkle the crust with vanilla sugar and another filling.

  3. Shake the pan on all sides and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Bake at 200 °C for 30-40 min.

  5. In the meantime, make a topping for the baklava from 500 ml of water, 300 g of sugar and 1 lemon, cook until you get a thick mixture, pour this hot syrup over the cold cake.

  6. Decorate each cube with half a walnut.
