Simple Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients: simple, total time:


Base:

  • 24 biscuits cocoa oreo with filling

  • 150 g melted butter

  • 22-23 ring mold


Cream :

  • 400 g Mascarpone cheese / or Philadelphia

  • 18 Oreo biscuits crushed

  • 300 ml whipped cream

  • 2 Tbsp extract di vanilla

  • 4-5 Tbsp powdered sugar



Decoration:

  • 200 ml whipped cream

  • 12-13 Oreo biscuits


Preparation:

Base:

  1. Crush the biscuit with the filling into small pieces and put it in a deep dish, add the melted butter and mix it with a spoon.

  2. Take a mold and place baking paper or place a decorative round tray under the ring of the mold and directly put the mixture, being careful not to move it.

  3. With the help of a spoon or cup, flatten the mixture into a circle evenly. Transfer in fridge.


Cream:

  1. Beat the mascarpone or Philadelphia with a mixer until it becomes foamy.

  2. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Mix everything again until the cream is uniform.

  3. In another bowl, whip the sweet cream until stiff

  4. Gradually add the whipped cream to the cream and mix well with a spatula, then crush the biscuits into larger pieces and do it by your hand.

  5. Add the biscuits and gently mix everything together until well combined.

  6. Spread the cream on the base and level everything evenly and smooth it with a knife.

  7. Leave the cake to set well overnight.

  8. The next day, prepare the decoration by whipping the whipped cream well until it hardens.

  9. Pour it into a cake decorating bag and place the star attachment.

  10. Decorate the cake as desired in a circle and add an Oreo cookie to each decoration with whipped cream.

  11. Put the cake back for 1 hour, so that the whipped cream sets well, then serve.
