Squid with Ginger Pumpkin Cream

Delicious soup prepared according to an Italian recipe, dietary and healthy taste of sea and pomegranate and lime. Ideal soup in summer and winter days. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. 4 serving
1 kg of cleaned squid
600 g zucchini delicacy
200 g of potatoes
200 ml fish soup
3/4 cm of fresh ginger
1/2 lime peel
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
pomegranate to taste
Preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it, and put the peel on the side. Bake the zucchini in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Peel a potato, cut it into small pieces and put it in a pot with a little salt, and cook for 20–25 minutes.
Combine the potatoes and pumpkin and add the zucchini peel with the broth, grated ginger and lime zest, oil and a little salt, and a little pepper.
Peel a squid, cut it into strips, blanch in a pan with a little oil and a little salt for about 5–7 minutes.
Spread cream and squid strips on plates and garnish with pomegranate seeds as desired.
