Drink for Healthy Kidneys

  • Kidney health is vital for the overall condition of the body, as well as for the longevity of our lives. Daily intake of food and drinks can significantly burden the kidneys.


What do the kidneys do?

  • The kidneys filter about 200 liters of blood a day, all in order to get rid of toxins that harm our body.

What harms the kidneys?

  • When the kidneys become overloaded with toxins, kidney, and bladder diseases can occur, and it is these toxins that we take into the body in the form of food and drink. People with the highest risk of developing kidney disease are those with diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of kidney disease.

KEY INGREDIENT FOR KIDNEY CLEANSING

  • Parsley is a Mediterranean spice that has spread all over the world. Thanks to large amounts of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus, as well as vitamins, among which vitamin C and A are the most important, as well as thiamine and riboflavin. Primrose is considered one of the strongest antioxidants.

  • The primrose leaf has an anti-inflammatory effect and protects the body from the effects of free radicals that cause various diseases such as atherosclerosis, colon cancer, diabetes, and asthma.

Ingredients:

  • a handful of primrose leaves

  • 1 liter of water

Preparation:

1. Wash the parsley, then chop it into larger pieces, pour it into a pot and pour water over it.

2. On a medium heat, heat the water to boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Remove from the heat, let it stand for a while, then strain it and leave it in the fridge.

4. Drink a cup of the drink every morning.
