How to Make Delicious and Juicy Peas

  • I like to use young peas, but if I don't have them, I also take ordinary peas. This is the way I prepare it, and it is very tasty. It can be garnished with steak and various meats, and if you are on a diet, you can eat it like this, and it is really fantastic, here is the recipe for how I prepare it. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: very easy, total time:35 min, 3 servings
  • 350 g young peas or frozen

  • 1 onion/ finely chopped

  • 1 diced carrot

  • 150 ml of water

  • 1 Tbsp weed dill

  • 2 Tbsp seed oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

  • 2 flat tsp dry spice/Vegeta

Preparation:
  1. Peel and wash the onion and carrot and chop finely. Pour the oil into one medium pot and put the onion on a low heat to fry, when it gets a glassy yellowish look, add the carrot and stir and fry for 2–3 minutes.

  2. Then add the peas and stir everything together. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly and adding water as needed, taking care not to burn yourself. Simmer for 20–30 minutes. As soon as the peas have softened, add the herbal spices — veggies and spices and stir.

  3. Cook for another 3–4 minutes and turn off the heat: Serve warm with Viennese steak or some other meat. Buon appetito!
