The most common cause of liver damage is medication. Chemical drugs are unknown substances that the liver cannot recognize and is thus burdened. Alcoholics and people who drink carbonated, and sweet drinks also burden the liver with unnecessary toxins, so people who take medication daily or alcohol are recommended to start whey therapy.


  • Whey was recommended by Hippocrates, and it has been known in folk medicine since ancient times. In the past, mothers also gave whey to small babies as a substitute for breast milk, and it is believed that whey is responsible for the beautiful complexion of Scandinavians.

WHEY COMPOSITION AND MEDICINAL PRODUCT

  • In whey, you will find the best and most valuable ingredients in milk – vitamins E and B, minerals and milk sugars, which are responsible for building connections in the brain.

  • It also contains phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, cobalt, manganese, and molybdenum. It is also rich in vitamins, amino acids and proteins, and has few calories, so it is typically recommended for weight loss.

  • Consuming whey will increase the secretion of serotonin (happiness hormone), so it will relieve us of stress and give us energy and good mood.

  • Whey amino acids are especially recommended if you are actively involved in sports. They turn into muscles during exercise, but they also help the muscles to recover from hard and strenuous exercise.

  • Whey also contains immunoglobulins and lactoferrin, which prevent inflammation in the body. It also contains live bacteria, and if consumed in moderation, it can be an effective Probiotic.

WHEY AND LIVER

Other liver diseases, medications, obesity, hepatitis, and alcoholism can impact the appearance of fatty liver.

With whey therapy, you should permanently reduce the intake of fatty, unhealthy foods, sugar, carbonated beverages, alcohol, starch, and increase protein intake.

  • For the regeneration and treatment of cirrhosis of the liver, drink at least 500 ml of whey, and at most 1 l daily, for at least a month.

  • To improve the effect, eat homemade young cheese every morning.

  • Keep in mind that whey is not omnipotent.

  • It will certainly improve your quality of life, even with cirrhosis, but you must relieve the liver of toxins during therapy.

  • This means that cigarettes, stress, alcohol, caffeine and fatty foods are not allowed during therapy. CAN THE LIVER BE COMPLETELY REGENERATED?

Fill a standard cup up to 1/3 with honey, dissolve the honey in a little warm water, then add the juice of 2 lemons. Pour this mixture into a liter of whey, shake well and store in the refrigerator. Goat or cow whey?
