Chicken Salad with Peanuts in Sour Cream Lena

  • From a little ingredient, you get a refreshing summer side dish to a salad or meal. The additional taste of peanuts only gives an even greater intensity of good taste, you will definitely like it. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 1h., 2 serving
  • 350 g of pure chicken meat/ cleaned of bones

  • 400 g sour cream

  • 6 full spoons of mayonnaise if desired

  • 50 g sesame

  • 50 g roasted peanuts/ non-salt

  1. Separate the cooked chicken white meat from the bones, skin and veins, cut it into cubes.

  2. Take the sour cream and add it to the mayonnaise and mix in a larger salad line and add the chopped chicken.

  3. In a pan, fry the sesame seeds in very little oil until it gets a golden color and stir regularly over a moderate heat.

  4. Put unsalted peanuts in a blender and blend coarsely. Do not process it for a long time. You do it very briefly.

  5. Add the peanuts and sesame seeds to the bowl with the chicken and mix everything well and combine the ingredients and season with pepper and salt to taste.

  6. Place the foil-covered salad in the refrigerator. Serve the salad cold. Buon appetito!

NOTE: A salad prepared in this way can serve as a spread for tortillas or bread and as an addition to a dish.
