Chinese White Rice Lena

  • If you are planning to make Chinese food, this is an ideal and real recipe for how to make their rice. With it, you can combine pork, chicken, beef with various vegetables. Follow recipe.

Rice for two-person: simple, total time: 30 min.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min.
  • 1 cup Chinese rice /250 ml

  • 750 ml of water

  • and very little salt/ 0.2 g

Preparation:
  1. The rice that we are going to cook first should be washed well. Do it 7 times with water, I do that. To get all the dirt and starch out, put the rice in a strainer and let the water rinse it and mix it with one spoon. Rinse for 5–10 minutes. Leave the rice to drain well in a strainer for 15 min.

  2. Take one wok pan, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil to heat up, then add rice and stir about 2 minutes. Add salt immediately add 250 ml of water and cover the pan, do not stir anymore.

  3. Be Always close to the stove to continue adding water. As soon as you notice that the rice has started to swell, that there is a lack of water, add another 250 ml of water, so until you have used up all 750 ml of water. It is important not to stir the rice. That the lid is always on the pan.

  4. When the rice is ready, you can decorate it with parsley. Serve with a Chinese dish that you have prepared.

NOTE: Cook in a pot with a thicker bottom, cooking rice takes about 20–25 minutes on a moderate heat, covered!
