Pancakes Soft Lena

  • I started making pancakes for the first time when I was 12 years old, but my brother was already a real master at it. This is a recipe where I regularly make pancakes, and they are sparkling soft and very tasty, try it. Pancake recipe, how I make it. Soft as a soul and melts in your mouth. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min.
  • 200 g flour

  • 200 ml milk

  • 200 ml mineral (sour) water

  • 2 Tablespoons oil

  • 1 vanilla sugar/ 10 g

  • 1 lemon peel

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 egg white

  • a pinch of salt

  • and a good pancake pan

  1. Whisk the milk and egg with a mixer, then add sour water, vanilla sugar, lemon peel, oil, and flour. Separately, whisk 1 egg white with a mixer, gradually stir it into the pancake mixture with a spoon.

  2. Bake the pancakes in very little oil, let the oil heat up well before, so that you can find a thin plastic knife as an aid with which you will turn them over.

  3. Bake the pancakes for about 1–2 minutes, they should get a nice yellowish and brown color, so turn them to the other side, for a few more minutes.

  4. Smear them with walnut jam, or Nutella, maybe with just sugar. How you prefer.
