Weight Loss Tea

  • This weight loss recipe of only three ingredients has caused a general frenzy, especially because more and more people have tried it and have only words of praise for this amazing combination.

Boil 800 ml of water, remove from the heat, then add 1 cinnamon stick, 3 bay leaves and 1 tablespoon of green tea.

  • Cover and let stand for 15 minutes, then strain.

  • Drink the first cup of this tea on an empty stomach.

  • You can drink the second cup immediately after breakfast, and the third in the evening, just before bedtime.
