Updated: Mar 6

  • A wonderful recipe and it is prepared quickly if you do not know how to quickly make this treat, and you feel like eating sweet, here is my recipe that will delight you, you can eat both hot and cold. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: very easy, total time 25 min, 4 persons

24 FRITTERS

  • 580 g Green apples (about 3)

  • 1 Lemon juice

For the Bake:

  • 150 g flour 00

  • 200 ml whole milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 8 g baking powder

  • 1 pinch salt

For Frying:

  • seed oil to taste

For Dusting:

  • sugar 30 g

  • cinnamon powder to taste

Preparation:
  1. To prepare apple fritters, start with the dough: beat 2 whole eggs in a bowl, then add milk and a pinch of salt. Then add flour and baking powder. Carefully mix all the ingredients by hand until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Put the dough down.

  2. Squeeze out the lemon juice you will need, so you don’t turn black on the apple slices.

  3. Peel an apple and grate it to remove as little pulp as possible.

  4. Remove the core with a suitable core remover.

  5. You can also choose to split the apples in half to make it easier to remove the core if you don't have the tools. Cut the apples into slices about 5 mm thick and place them in a low and wide bowl.

  6. Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black.

  7. Switch to frying: pour the oil into a large bowl and wait for the oil to heat up well. When the oil has warmed up, you can dip a slice of apple in the dough, and put it to bake immediately.

  8. As soon as the paint is received, turn to the other side. When they are ready, place them on a plate, with absorbent paper to remove excess oil. In a small bowl, mix 30 g of sugar with cinnamon powder to taste and roll in apple fritters.

  9. Serve hot or cold.

Buon appetito!
