Chicken Salad with Pomegranate

  • Fantastic, refreshing salad that is prepared quickly, and has an interesting taste. It consists of boiled chicken, corn, salted roasted peanuts and pomegranate. You can serve it cold with other side dishes or eat it separately if you are on a special diet. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min., 6 servings
  • 1 piece of chicken breast / cooked and chopped

  • 250 g of boiled corn

  • 1 big pomegranate

  • 200 g roasted and salted ground peanuts

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 400 ml sour cream

  • 150 g of mayonnaise

  1. Put the chicken breasts to cook for about 30–40 minutes. As soon as the meat has softened, take it out and cut it into small pieces.

  2. Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise in a deep bowl.

  3. Clean the pomegranate well and add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl, add the chopped chicken, boiled corn and peanuts. Mix all the ingredients well, add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. You can serve immediately or if you want to put it in the fridge to cool and then serve. Buon appetito!
