Spaghetti alla Carbonara Lena

  • Spaghetti Carbonara is fantastic and delicious, it is important to say that hard goat cheese is always used for Carbonara. If you don't have it, you can also use Parmesan cheese and pork cheek bacon, it gives a special flavor and taste. If you are a pasta lover and want to make it, I have revealed a secret from here. It is easy to make and does not take much time, for about 25 minutes. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min. 4 servings
  • 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks

  • 200 g of bacon/ pork cheek bacon

  • 7-8 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese/ and to sprinkle 40 g

  • 400 g of spaghetti

  • 2 Tablespoons of water where the spaghetti was cooked

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil EVO

Preparation:
  1. Add a pot of water for the spaghetti.

  2. First whisk: 3 eggs, 2 yolks, add a little pepper, a pinch of salt, then add 7 Tbsp Parmesan cheese. Add grated Parmesan cheese, spoon by spoon. The mixture must be lump-free and slightly thicker.

  3. Take a frying pan add a little oil put the bacon to fry, fry it so that it releases the fat, but not to be fried too much. Turn off the heat when it is done. Bacon must be a transparent.

  4. When the water has boiled, add the spaghetti cook alla dente, (they are mostly cooked for 7-8 min. it says on the package.)

  5. When the spaghetti is ready, take out before 3 tablespoons of water where the spaghetti was cooked and put it with the mixture with eggs and Parmesan cheese, mix well.

  6. Spaghetti, drain well from the water.

  7. Turn on the pan where the bacon. Wait for it to heat up a bit, then add the filtered spaghetti. Stir well with the bacon, turn off the pan, pour the mixture you've been prepared immediately stir well with spoon and fork very fast so that no lumps form.

  8. If you like, put oregano on spaghetti. Serve in plate.
