Weight Loss Drink

  • Fantastic drink for losing weight naturally and powerfully, a simple recipe that is quick to prepare. Follow recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1 and 1/2 cups water/ 250 ml

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 Tablespoon lemon

Preparation:
  • Boil the water in the kettle, but don't wait for it to boil, but shake it beforehand because cinnamon loses its value when the water has boiled above 100 degrees. Mix all the ingredients beforehand, but as you pour the water, drink it every morning and evening. Enjoy!
