Apple Cake for 20 Minutes in a Pan

  • A simple and easy recipe for apple cake ready in 20 minutes in a pan. The taste is fantastic and consists of few ingredients, the recipe is also economical. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: very easy, total time 20 minutes, 4 persons
  • 2 apples

  • 30 g butter

  • 30 sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 egg

  • 30 g sugar

  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar

  • 30 ml oil

  • 150 ml yogurt

  • 140 g flour

  • 1 sachet baking powder

  • powdered sugar

  1. Wash 2 apples and clean from seeds and cut into slices 5-6 mm thick -

  2. Put 30 g of butter in the pan and let it melt, then add 30 g of sugar and let it melt.

  3. Then add apple slices and stir, fry for about 10 minutes.

  4. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and stir, and put out the fire.

  5. Put 1 egg, 30 g of sugar, 8 g of vanilla sugar in a thin bowl and mix well with a hand whisk.

  6. When you have mixed well, add 30 ml of oil and 150 ml of yogurt and mix everything well.

  7. Then add 140 g of flour mixed with baking powder through a sieve, and stir the mixture well.

  8. Pour the mixture into the pan with the apples, flatten and cover the pan and fry for about 10 minutes.

  9. After the elapsed time, check the dough with a toothpick and if there is no dough left on it, turn it over and bake for another 5 minutes.

  10. When the cake is ready, serve it on a decorative tray, wait for it to cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
