To prepare this breakfast, you will need:

  • 300 ml kefir (or low-fat yogurt)

  • 2 Tablespoons oatmeal

  • 5-7 fleshy prunes

  1. Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day. Pour a little boiling water (100 ml) over prunes. Cover and leave for 5–10 minutes. During that time, put oatmeal, ground flaxseed and cocoa in a bowl. Pour over kefir and mix well.

  2. Finely chop the swollen plums (you can purée them in a blender or in a super chop or by hand) and add to the previous mixture. Mix well and leave in the fridge.
