Coconut Rolls

  • Coconut rolls are very easy to prepare and an ideal treat for children, make them and make them happy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.
  • 1 margarine or butter/250 g

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 200 g coconut flour

  • 300 g of flour

  • 1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar/ 10 g

  • powdered sugar for sprinkling rolls

Preparation:
  1. Whisk first the margarine that has stood at room temperature for 30 min.

  2. Beat the egg with the sugar in a separate bowl and mix in a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder and then put in the mixture and finally add the coconut flour and vanilla sugar.

  3. Work out the ingredients well and then shape the rolls.

  4. Bake them for 15 minutes, at 200 °C.

  5. They must not turn brown. When are finished, roll them in powdered sugar.

NOTE: If you want, you can roll the ends in chocolate glaze to make it look even more beautiful.

2. RECIPE Coconut Rolls
  • 200 g of smooth flour

  • 80 g of coconut flour

  • 50 g powdered sugar for sprinkling

  • 2 bag vanilla sugars/ 20 g

  • 180 g butter

  • 2 egg yolks

3. RECIPE Coconut Rolls
  • 350 g of flour

  • 100 g of coconut flour

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 1 bag baking powder/ 10 g

  • 2 eggs

  • 250 g butter or margarine

4. RECIPE Coconut Rolls
  • 350 g of flour

  • 200 g butter

  • 100 g coconut flour

  • 80 g of sugar

  • 1 whole egg

For decorating:

  • 50 g of chocolate

  • 1 Tablespoon oil

  • For the fasting variant, put a little more margarine and coconut instead of eggs
