Dough with Paprika Cream Lena

  • Paprika cream is made quickly, everything is done for 20 minutes. In case you haven't tried this, I highly recommend it. It is easy, very fast and delicious. You do not need too many ingredients and doesn't cost much. This recipe is from Naples. Follow recipe.

  • 350 g macaroni or tagliatelle

  • 1 onion/ finely chopped

  • 2 red peppers

  • 100 ml milk

  • 20 g feta cheese Greek ricotta

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • a bit of water

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot ground pepper

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

  1. Put water in the pot to a boil for the macaroni. Finely chop the onion and put it in oil to fry, after 2 min., add the chopped peppers and mix, add a little water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Cover pan. Add salt, pepper and hot ground pepper, cheese and a little milk, turn off the heat, take a blender and mix everything well. After that, when you have mixed well and the mixture has become creamy, add Parmesan cheese and mix with a spoon.

  2. The cream is ready for the dough.

  3. Mix the dough well with the cream and finally decorate the plate with fresh primrose leaves. Buon appetito!
