Preparation of garlic and lemon drink

  • 30 garlic cloves

  • 6 peeled lemons (leave the peel on, organic)

  • 2 liters of water

  • If you can use organic lemons, you just need to wash them (keep the peel) and chop them into smaller pieces, also clean and chop the garlic. You can grind them in a blender.

  • Add chopped garlic and lemon to 2 liters of water, let the water boil and cook for another 10 minutes.

  • When the liquid has cooled enough, strain it and pour it into a glass jar or bottle. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.

How to consume garlic and lemon?

  • Consume the drink daily for 3 weeks. Drink 50 ml of the drink every day after the meal and repeat until three weeks have passed, and then take a break of 7 days. After the break, repeat the procedure for 3 weeks. Perform this treatment every 6 months.
