Garlic Sauce

  • Garlic sauce gives a special flavor to smoked steaks, meatballs, or any other meat. It's very easy to make and quick to make. You can pack it in an airtight glass box and store it for up to 3 days. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min.
  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 30 g of butter

  • 1 Tablespoon flour

  • 200 ml milk

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • 1-2 sprig of fresh chopped parsley and

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley leaves/finely chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

Garlic Sauce
Preparation:
  1. Briefly fry the flour in melted butter, add chopped garlic and fry until fragrant, then pour milk over it and cook until it thickens. Finally, season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste. When you have put out the fire, add finely chopped parsley. Pour this sauce over meatballs or stuffed steaks or other meat. Buon appetito!
