Headaches due to Nervousness

  • The causes of headaches can be different, but very often it is mental tension and nervousness. A herbal remedy for such headaches is ginger, chamomile, and linden tea. Ginger contains substances that act against pain, and chamomile and linden relax and soothe.

Here's a great recipe:
  1. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  2. 1 teaspoon chamomile flowers

  3. 1 teaspoon linden flowers

  4. 250 ml of water

Preparation:
  • Put grated fresh ginger in the introduction. Cook and lightly cook for 5 minutes. Add chamomile flowers and linden flowers to the ginger, and leave it covered for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid and take 2–3 times a day as needed.
