Pie Potatoes with Eggs and Cheese

  • Wonderful and delicious recipe of potatoes and eggs with primrose. Yes, only from 4 ingredients and so delicious!! I believe you will enjoy it. It is easy to prepare and ready quickly, it is prepared on the stove, not in the oven. You will need a flat, larger 25 cm pan. The meal is ideal for dinner and breakfast. The children will adore him. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: pan flat 20 cm(measure the lower part of the pan), very simple, total time: 35 minutes, 6 servings.
  • 3 big potatoes/grated

  • 3 eggs/scrambled

  • 1 bunch of parsley/finely chopped

  • 1 full tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp dry spice/Vegeta

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp red ground paprika

  • 10 slices Edam cheese or Gouda Cheese/ Trappist Cheese/5 mm thick

Preparation:
  1. Grate the potatoes lengthwise, put them in cold water 3 minutes and stir.

  2. Finely chop the parsley and place it in a deeper bowl, add 3 eggs and beat well with a hand whisk. Then add pepper and red ground pepper and mix again.

  3. Strain the potatoes that have been left in the water for 3 minutes and place in a deeper bowl.

  4. Stir the egg mixture with the primrose into the potatoes, add salt and stir.

  5. Take a flat larger pan measuring about 20 cm for pancakes, and oil the pan with a brush.

  6. Put the first half of the mixture with the help of a spoon and spread it evenly, then arrange the cheese sheets all over the mixture evenly. After, put the other half over and flatten the mixture.

  7. Heat the pan over a moderate heat and cover. Bake until the bottom is well browned, then turn the pie over with the help of the lid, oil the pan again and lower the pie side that is not baked to bake until done.

  8. The pie is ready when it has turned yellow-brown on all sides. Serve hot or cold. Buon appetito!

NOTE: When you put the potato mixture, flatten it well and lightly knead it with a fork, it should not be a thicker layer, then arrange further cheeses. For the second layer, do the same as the first mixture. While baking, also press a little with a fork and cover. When turning, carefully press the lid and turn the pie quickly. Be careful. The pie should brown well. You can eat it cold or hot. If you don't like parsley, which is otherwise healthy and has a detox, then you have another option to use 2 onions. Cut them into thin hemispheres, and fry them first in a little oil until they get a little brownish color. Eake them out and then mix them with eggs and add to the squeezed potatoes with other spices. And this variant is also great!!
