Pumpkin Pie Roll

  • Delicious crispy, juicy pumpkin pie. It is easy to prepare and will be ready quickly. Enjoy making this wonderful cake. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: very easy, total time: 1h 30 min. 15 pieces
  • 1 kg of pumpkin

  • 500 g of thin crust

  • 10 Tablespoons sugar

  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar/20 g

  • 10 g of cinnamon

  • 100 ml of oil

  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation:
  1. Cut the pumpkin in half, then clean the inside of the seeds, and then cut it into slices. Grate each slice on a large grater, then place everything in a large bowl.

  2. Add vanilla and regular sugar, as well as cinnamon, to the pumpkin, and mix everything. Cover the bowl with a cloth, then leave for 15 minutes for the pumpkin to release the excess water.

  3. Place one crust on the work surface and coat it with oil, all the way to the edges. Put two more crusts on top, but you will only coat the third one with oil, and then put another crust on top.

  4. Mix the pumpkin mixture, then take three spoons and spread them on the peel.

  5. Roll the crust into a roll.

  6. Repeat the process as long as you have the material.

  7. Coat the baking tray with oil, then arrange the rolls. Grease each roll with a little oil.

  8. Place the pan in a cold oven, then turn it on to 180 °C and bake for 1 hour.

  9. The pie should turn a nice yellowish brownish brown color.

  10. When the pumpkin is done, take it out of the oven, cover it with a cloth and leave it to cool for 10 minutes, and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
