Raffaello Balls

  • This treat is phenomenal because it's very tasty, and it's easy to prepare and ready quickly. It's best if you have younger housemates, so you prepare them together before a celebration, it's always fun, and it's over quickly. A wonderful recipe bequeathed to me by my mother. Nice dessert, tasty, and very easy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.

  • 200 ml of water

  • 250 g margarine or butter

  • 300 g of sugar

  • 400 g milk powder

  • 400 g coconut flour

  • 200 g hazelnuts

Raffaello balls


  1. To make a mixture for Raffaello balls, pour water, sugar, and margarine into the pot and bring to the boil.

  2. Add powdered milk and two-thirds of coconut to the boiled mixture, stirring constantly. Equalize the mixture so that there are no lumps, and place it in the refrigerator to cool for 30 min.

  3. From the cold mixture for Raffaello balls, take out a small ball with a spoon, put one hazelnut in each. Shape into balls and roll them in the remaining coconut. Serve!

NOTE: You can keep Raffaello Balls in a closed hermetic box, and you can keep them in a cool place for the next 7 days. You can also pack them in a frieze, so that they are well closed so that they don't seep various smells.
