Crust:
250 g of petite biscuits
100 g of ground walnuts
200 g of sugar
200 g of butter
200 ml of milk
Cream:
200 g of cooking chocolate
100 g of ground walnuts
150 g of sugar
150 g of butter
200 ml of sweet cream
Preparation:
Crust:
For the crust, grind the petite biscuits in a blender, then add the ground walnuts, sugar, and butter. Mix the mixture well.
Heat the milk in a saucepan, then stir in the mixture of biscuits and walnuts. Stir over low heat until the ingredients are combined, and the mixture becomes thick and homogeneous.
Transfer the mixture to a cake pan lined with greaseproof paper, then spread the mixture evenly. Leave to cool.
Cream:
