Chocolate Muffins

  • An excellent recipe for chocolate muffins, delicious and softly juicy, melts in your mouth. They are very easy to prepare and are ready quickly. So if you are a fan of chocolate and its taste, go for the recipe because it is fantastic and easy!

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.
  • 150 g universal flour

  • 45 g cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 85 g vegetable oil

  • 140 g sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 80 g fresh milk

  • 90 g yogurt

  • 200 g of chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:
  1. Pour the flour into a bowl and add the powdered powder, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and mix all these powdered ingredients. Then sift all these powdered ingredients into one bowl.

  2. Put 2 eggs in another bowl and beat them with a whisk, then add oil and add milk, yogurt and sugar, 1/4 salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well with a whisk. After you have mixed well, add all the powdered ingredients, sift again into the ingredients with the eggs and repeat the mixing with a whisk, mix gently until you get a compact mixture and no lumps. Then add half of the chocolate chips to the mixture and lightly mix the ingredients with a spatula. Then, with an ice cream spoon or an ordinary spoon, put the muffin tins in the muffin papers, so that the bowl does not get dirty and sticky. Sprinkle each muffin with a couple of pieces of chocolate chips from above,

  3. Bake at 200 °C for 5 minutes and then reduce the oven to 175 °C, bake for 15–20 minutes. When the muffins are baked, set aside to cool and take them out of the mold.
