Grandma's Cakes

  • This is how our grandmothers used to make cakes, that's why it's called grandma's cakes, soft and tasty, the dough is easy to make, for this, you need a special machine for these cakes. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min.
  • 250 g of margarine

  • 400 g of sugar

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 vanilla sugars

  • 250 ml of milk

  • 1/2 baking powder/5 g

  • 750 g of flour

Preparation:
  1. First take the margarine and mix it well, then add the sugar and everything else.

  2. When the dough is well mixed. Take it out with a ladle and pour it into the machine for grandma's cookies.

  3. Check if they are golden browned and done. Take them out and let them cool.

2. Recipe Grandma’s Cake
Ingredients:
  • 4 larger eggs

  • 300 ml of oil

  • 300 g of sugar

  • peel of one large lemon

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar/10 g

  • 250 ml of milk

  • 600 g of flour

  • 1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g


Preparation:
  1. First, beat the eggs with the sugar until the ingredients are well combined. Then add lemon zest, vanilla sugar, beat well again. After that, gradually add milk, beat and add a spoonful of flour mixed with baking powder. Combine well into a compact mixture without lumps.

  2. Use a ladle to insert the dough into the waffle maker, bake until they become golden brown, then take them out into a larger, deeper dish.
