Muffins with pieces of Chocolate

  • Chocolate lovers will love these muffins as much as I do. Soft juicy and melts in them, very easy to prepare and does not require much time. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min
  • 2 eggs

  • 150 g of sugar

  • 3 vanilla sugars

  • 10 Tablespoons oil

  • 1 baking powder

  • 200 ml of yogurt

  • 300 g of soft flour

  • 100 g chocolate (optional)

Preparation:
  1. Mix the finest dry ingredients — flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder

  2. Gradually add yogurt, tablespoons of oil and eggs. Mix the ingredients until the lumps disappear.

  3. Finally, add the pieces of chocolate of your choice and stir with a spoon.

  4. Bake them at a temperature of 180 °C to 200 °C, depending on the strength of the oven. To check if they are baked, put a toothpick in a muffin. If the dough does not stick to the toothpick, you will know that the muffins are ready.
