My Experiences and how I Lost 11 kilos in a Month and a Half

  • As I promised today, I will write to you about how I managed to lose 11 kilos with ease, without even feeling it. As far as starvation is concerned, I don’t like those combinations and I don’t exhaust my body with it, so I want to explain to you how it works! If you need healthy diet, then I advise you not to eat late and that your last meal should be at 6 pm, after that to drink.

  • Whether you are a man or a woman, the effect is the same, and you will be delighted with how your weight goes down :)

  • Paolo and I started that we have an excessive weight of more than 10 kilos, so people feel sluggish and lazy, you just don't feel good because you are not in top shape.

  • As soon as you are not physically very active, you are tired of doing a lot of things. I have realized that it is even more dangerous to be obese at that time. I have realized that most obese people suffer with this vicious “disease of the Crown” which limits and limits our part of freedom and movement itself.

  • I firmly decided to start one therapy – fat removal, which lasted for 2 months, but you have to be persistent and not greedy. Only perseverance can lead you to success and to losing weight without starving yourself!

  • In this therapy called Autophagy, there is no fat, alcohol, bread, sweet cakes and snacks that only bring you problems. As for pasta, it is present, once in 2 weeks. I have eaten more the Mediterranean food of fish, mussels, shellfish, seafood shrimp, rice, etc.

  • I will now describe you what it looks like on my part and such a strict stance on that therapy.


  • Let's say in the morning when I wake up I don't have breakfast, but you can go for coffee in the morning or tea with some toast and jam or a wellness biscuit. That will fill you up until lunch. Instead, I have used 15 drops of Propolis pour in a little water and drink it, after that I make coffee for Paolo and me and go to work, which means that I am active as far as work is concerned.

  • We eat mostly for lunch Mediterranean food, or fry chicken white meat with boiled potatoes in very little oil and I eat it without bread. if you really need bread, you can take 1 toast. After that, I consume teas, the best are green tea or nettle tea, which purifies your blood, in fact, it gives us a good blood picture. The more you consume teas, the better for you! Of course, the liquids themselves are ordinary water, not acidic because it inflates the stomach. I usually drink up to 4 liters a day in summer. And less than 3 liters in winter.

  • After lunch, after 2–3 hours, I take instead of those snacks and eat 7–8 pieces of walnuts or almonds, you can also eat figs or prunes.

  • Dinner when prepared is mostly light, and we eat fish mackerel or oil-free anchovies with lots of salad. After dinner, you just need to drink water, you have to endure those 16 hours until the next day not to take anything in your mouth. But in my opinion, that is not starvation, because you can certainly take a bite to eat some dried fruits until 6 o'clock in the afternoon, which are very healthy for our body. Drink as much tea as 2–3 times in the morning and afternoon is enough.

  • After dinner, only water goes and nothing more !!!

  • In this way, we lost 10 kilos in a month and a half. Of course, we were also active when it comes to swimming. So if you are limited now, it is enough to walk during the day and do some 3 km or to exercise, which is much better because it will affect our metabolism to speed up and then get faster and leaner.

  • There is another thing that is more pronounced in men, and that is the fatty liver. As for the fatty liver in people who have problems, it is very important to clean it before this therapy because if you have a fatty liver then this treatment will not have a lot of effects! You have to do liver detoxification first to get your metabolism in order, and thus lose weight, that's one of my tips for you.

  • So in this Autophagy therapy, eat everything that is not fatty, it can be boiled meat, boiled vegetables, fish, seafood, a lot of salads, fruits. When roasting, meat with as little oil as possible. You can eat ice cream 1 in two weeks if you really have to.

  • Burek, pies with cake dough and cakes forget, also alcohol. Replace bread with fried toast and after dinner do not eat for the next 16 hours and drink only water until you go to bed.

  • In the morning teas and everything else I wrote earlier. It is desirable to eat broccoli, cauliflower, boiled potatoes, carrots, kale, cabbage, rice, chard, spinach, green beans, tomatoes, fennel, zucchini, eggplant, peppers. Forget peas and beans for a while. I forgot to say that you can eat eggs, but I threw out the dairy products and banana!!

  • Start with the chicken right away because summer is coming soon, and then it is important for all of us to look our best. Spend as many days in the sun as possible, and take that vitamin D because it is necessary for winter days as well, it increases our immunity.

I ADVISE YOU TO AVOID: flour, (you can replace sugar with fruit, honey, prunes, raisins, dried figs and fresh figs), dough, sugar, sweets, alcohol and as little salt as possible.

For breakfast and dinner, it is not bad to take 70 g of oatmeal mixed with 150 ml of water as a meal and eat some organic salad. You will see the changes yourself if you follow these diets. You will be satisfied and always smiling.

It is significant that you do not feel hungry at all in this and that you lose weight well !!!
