Potato Croquettes

500 g of potatoes/ boiled and mashed
250 g mozzarella cheese/ chopped
1 cup flour/ 200 ml
1 cup pretzels/ 200 ml
2 eggs/ scrambled
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes, put them to boil, adding just enough water to cover the potatoes.
After 20 minutes, strain then mash with a fork, add the mozzarella and form croquettes with your hands.
Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
