Potato Croquettes
  • One of the Italian recipes and ways to prepare potato croquettes, wonderful taste, soft and at the same time crunchy, you will enjoy making them. They are easy to prepare. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min. 4 servings
  • 500 g of potatoes/ boiled and mashed

  • 250 g mozzarella cheese/ chopped

  • 1 cup flour/ 200 ml

  • 1 cup pretzels/ 200 ml

  • 2 eggs/ scrambled

  • salt and pepper to taste

Potato Croquettes
Preparation:
  1. Peel the potatoes, put them to boil, adding just enough water to cover the potatoes.

  2. After 20 minutes, strain then mash with a fork, add the mozzarella and form croquettes with your hands.

  3. Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs.

  4. Fry in oil until golden brown.
