Baked pumpkin in the oven in a very simple and easy way. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: very easy, total time 40 min, 4 persons
1.5 kg pumpkin, cut in equal slices
20 g flaked almonds
20 g pumpkin seeds
40 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
red ground paprika to taste
fine salt to taste
black pepper to taste
For the Flavor oil:
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig parsley
1/2 rosemary sprig/ mix all ingredients, standing 10-15 min.
Preparation:
Wash and peel a squash, grate it and cut it into equal slices.
Oil the baking tray and place the pumpkins on the back.
Sprinkle with oil on both sides of the pumpkin.
Finely chop the rosemary and sprinkle a little salt, a little pepper, ground pepper, pumpkin seeds, and almond flakes on top.
Put half of the chopped rosemary and primrose in the olive oil and stir, leave to stand for 10 minutes, then strain it and pour over the pumpkin.
Place to bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20–25 minutes
