Italian famous risotto in the Milan. It is enough, you have saffron at home. A very simple and easy recipe, and also healthy. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min. 2 servings
15 g butter/ room temperature
1/2 onion/ finely chopped
200 ml rice Arborio or Carnaroli
250 ml vegetable broth
15 g butter/ room temperature
2 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped
1 bag saffron/ 0.125 g
salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dry parsley/ optional
1 Tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
Preparation:
Fry the finely chopped onion with 15 g butter and stir until it has a glassy appearance. After that, add the rice, stir, and simmer together for about 2 minutes, then add the broth, cook for about 15–20 minutes.
After pastime, add the garlic, butter, and saffron, cook for about 5 minutes. Towards the end, add parsley, grated Parmesan cheese and stir. Turn off the heat. Serve while warm meal.
