Sweet snails with walnuts are a phenomenal treat and very easy to prepare, very tasty and juicy. Here is one of my recipe. Follow instructions
Ingredients:
Dough
500 g flour
6 tbsp. Sugar
300 g margarine
30 g yeast
6 tbsp. Milk
6 tsp. Sugar
Stuffing
4 egg whites
200 g powdered sugar
200 g ground walnuts

Preparation:
For the yeast, mix 30 g of yeast, 6 tablespoons of milk and 6 teaspoons of sugar, sprinkle a little flour and leave to rise 15 min..
For the dough, mix all the ingredients and add the risen yeast and knead the dough, leave the dough in the cold for 30 minutes.
For the filling, beat the egg whites into the slices and gradually add sugar and walnuts, roll out the dough, roll in the filling and roll and cut into slices 5-6 mm thick.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 min. we must not be dark
