Banana Bread

  • Banana bread, you'll want to make it every day. Healthy and delicious, ideal for any occasion. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: cup-200 ml, baking dish 33 × 12 cm, simple, total time: 45 min.
  • 1 cup spelled flour

  • 1/2 cup carob powder

  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 3 mashed bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 of melted butter/ or 60 g

  • 1 Tablespoon of honey

  • 1 cup carob chips

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:
  1. Stir in the banana, honey, and melted butter, add the rest of the ingredients except the walnuts.

  2. When you have obtained a homogenous mixture, add chopped walnuts at the end, and stir well again.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased rectangular pan and level it, bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes. Buon appetito!
