Caesar Salad

  • Cesar Salad that you must try, the salad fantasy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 6 garlic cloves

  • a spoon of lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 5 fillets of anchovies

  • chopped or chicken white meat/already purchased

  • 6 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 cups croutons /cubes of old bread

  • teaspoon mustard

  • head of lettuce

  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
  1. Squeeze 3 cloves of garlic, mix with mayonnaise, anchovies, or garlic, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Add pepper to taste. Put the topping in the fridge.

  2. Heat the oil, chop the remaining garlic cloves into quarters, and put them in the hot oil. Stir occasionally until they turn brown, then remove from the pan. Add bread cubes to the oil, and fry them while stirring until dark. Take the croutons out of the oil, add a salt and pepper on them and mix with the garlic.

  3. Chop the lettuce and put it in a large bowl.

  4. Pour over on the chopped chicken the prepared dressing, then add the rest of the Parmesan and the bread with the garlic. Buon appetito!
