Lasagna with Salmon and Spinach

  • You will be amazed at how good lasagna is this way with salmon, very tasty and juicy, Here is the original recipe for lasagna in the Italian way. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: medium, total time: 60 min., 4 serving
  • 700 g salmon filet/ strips

  • 1 lemon

  • 600 g spinach

  • 60 g butter

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 40 g flour

  • 100 ml white wine

  • 200 g lasagna pasta

  • 400 ml fish stock

  • 150 g mozzarella cheese,

  • 250 ml cooking sour cream

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
  1. Salmon fillet, cut crosswise into strips, 2 cm wide, drizzle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Clean the spinach, wash it for 30 seconds, immerse it in boiling and salted water (blanch).

  3. Blanched spinach, strained, cooled under a stream of cold water and allowed to drain.

  4. In a pan, on hot butter, fry the chopped onion until yellow. Then add the crushed garlic, sprinkle with flour and stir.

  5. Immediately then season with salt and pepper, pour white wine, fish stock, cooking cream, simmer, stirring constantly, until smooth and remove from heat.

  6. Drizzle the bottom of the casserole dish with olive oil, coat with sauce, and alternately arrange the dough, fish, spinach, slices of mozzarella cheese, sauce, dough and so on until you run out of food (finish the last row with the sauce, without the dough).

  7. Place the casserole dish in a preheated oven, on the lower level, at 200 °C, for about 20 min.
