Plasma Baklava Cake

  • If you want to try something different from Plasma Cake, try it, reminiscent of baklava. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.
  • 500 g thin pie crusts

Fill for Baklava:

  • 300 g plasma biscuit ground

  • 200 g of hazelnuts

  • 100 g of ground walnuts

  • 4 Tablespoons sugar

  • 70-100 ml of milk

  • 1 kg sugar/ for less sweet/ or 600 g- 700 g

  • 1 liter water

  • 1 lemon /sliced

Preparation:
  1. Mix well ingredients for filling baklava.

  2. Brush a thin crust with oil, arrange a 2-3 cm wide mixture of plasma, walnuts, and hazelnuts in a straight line and roll up the crust.

  3. Arrange them in a baking tray where you have placed the baking paper.

  4. When you have arranged them all in a baking tray, then cut them diagonally into pieces with a knife.

  5. Take the butter and melt it in a pan and spread the baklava. Bake the cakes at 200 °C for 35 minutes.

  6. During that time, pour 1 kg of sugar into 1 liter of water, if you like less sweet, you can add less than 700 g.

  7. Cut the lemon into slices and put it all together, wait for the sugar to melt, this is your baklava syrup, which you will pour over the cakes while they are hot, use a ladle.

  8. Cool the baklava, cover with a clean cloth. After 2 hours, you can serve it. Buon appetito!
