Tagliatelle with Cream and Bacon, best recipe

  • A simple Italian dish, quick and delicious in cream with bacon. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min., 2 serving
  • 240 g tagliatelle

  • 1 smaller package of bacon/diced 80 g

  • 3 feta hams/ diced 50 g

  • 1 clove of garlic/ finely chopped

  • 200 ml of cooking cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • grated Parmesan cheese to taste

  • little olive oil EVO

Preparation:
  1. First, prepare the water for cooking the tagliatelle, and add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little oil. Wait for the water to boil, then add the tagliatelle and cook for about 8 minutes until al dente. Remove and strain well.

  2. During this time, prepare all the ingredients as described above.

  3. Heat some oil in a deep-frying pan. First put the prepared bacon, fry just enough to get a transparent appearance. Then add the prepared ham, fry for about a few minutes and immediately add the chopped garlic, fry until it emits an aroma, then immediately add the cooking cream, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir all the ingredients well. Cook about 3-5 min. on on slightly moderate heat.

  4. When the cream has homogenized, add 2 teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese, mix and immediately add the finished tagliatelle and stir the ingredients well. Arrange in shallow plates and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese if desired. Buon appetito!
